Will the Calgary Flames make the playoffs?

Yes, they will because the Flames have a lot of depth forwards. Elias Lindholm, Johnny Gaudreau, and Sean Monahan are working really well with each other. Elias Lindholm looks really good on the first line. Maybe the Calgary Flames found the right first line forward for the team. These past few years not many players worked with Johnny and Mony. Jiri Hudler worked really well with Monahan and Gaudreau during the 2014-2015 season. Michael Ferland also worked well with Monahan, but they traded Ferland to the Carolina Hurricanes. It is still really early to tell if they will make the playoffs or not. Anything can really happen this season. For the first time in a while, we have four solid lines. Our second line did really well in the preseason. Matthew Tkachuk, Austin Czarnik, and Mikael Backlund, the second line has really good chemistry with each other. Our bottom six forwards are doing decent so far. James Neal, who signed with the team is a free agent is on the third line and on the powerplay unit as well. James Neal is doing really decent so far. The current roster the Flames have is one of the best rosters since Iggy’s day. We will see in the next couple of games how they do.
