WILL THE FLAMES BE PARTICIPATING IN THE 2019 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS?

Now that is a great question, the Flames have been a team that can be good or bad. As we have seen over the past few seasons the Flames have made the playoffs once over the past 3 seasons (in the 2016-17 season). Their record in the regular season over that time is 117-108-21 (255pts). Obviously, that is not the record that will get you into the postseason. But this year the Flames have played excellent, they finally got there powerplay going and they have been winning games at home which was a huge concern last season.  The acqusitions they got over the summer have been playing extremely well. The Flames have four players who have 30 points so far, and more than any other team in the NHL. Yes, I do believe they will make the playoffs because everyone is contributing and they finally have the team that will send them too the post season.
